Congratulations on Nowruz and Eid al-Fitr

The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in London in a message extended congratulations on Nowruz and Eid al-Fitr to all Iranians and Muslims.

The coincidence of the two holidays of Nowruz and Eid al-Fitr in the Persian year 1405 is a source of joy and pride. The Iranian-Islamic identity of Iranians is reflected across all areas of the culture and civilization of our dear country.

Celebrating the ancient Nowruz holiday at the beginning of the beautiful spring season signifies the grandeur of creation and symbolizes the renewal of nature, while the observance of the blessed Eid al-Fitr represents gratitude for the عظمت of monotheism and thanks to the Almighty.

During these days, as the great Iranian nation stands in unity and national cohesion against the aggressive American-Zionist enemies in defense of our beloved homeland, we strengthen our solidarity and unity—valuable assets in Iran’s noble culture—drawing inspiration from the beauty of Nowruz and relying on the meaningful concepts found in the supplication of the qunoot in Eid al-Fitr prayers, remaining steadfast and proud over time.

It is hoped that, through divine grace, the coming year will be filled with health, victory, peace, calm, and development for Iran and Iranians.
